Scout logged on and started their survey when they arrived at the location

Scout submitted a complete and valid Alert/Kudos within a few minutes of the observation.

Was the shop submitted on time?

Responsive to all correspondence (email; phone) on this assignment?

Did you have to send the shop back to them for corrections?

Did the shop fulfill the minimum requirements?

Rate their use of grammar, punctuation, spelling, overall content, and tone?

Did they effectively provide names and/or proper descriptions of all employees?

All photos appropriate, cropped, edited clearly for that person/section?

Did you have to edit anything on this shop?

Did they exceed your expectations on this shop such as include photos, shop extra?
